GEORGE DANDEN
A play was made following the great classic author Molier, who reached his glory and remained famous for the grand and eternal themes he discussed. Starting from the eternal theme of human pettiness, we reached its current actualization, concluding that the defeating fact that nothing changed still remains true... Those same characters that once were, with the same characteristics as then still live in our world today.
Comically, through the style comedia del arte of the actors' play and the conditional realism, in terms of visualization in the play, we reach the result "GEORGE DANDEN," where the entire stage is filled with pettiness, left and right no matter where you look, you will find these characters who are plain peasants with the desire of becoming nobility, back then, and aristocracy, now. Materialists see nothing standing before them except for the road to get them to the spoils of riches.
The play translates time, and everything happening then is also present now. Unfortunately, the one thing that doesn't need translation is the theme, which, as we mentioned, the grand Moliere follows through even today and endlessly into the future, reaching all of us.
It is a play for those well-endowed for the roles they assume in life with the single goal of succeeding in searching the narrow path to the inside of the pocket of each lonely, honest, and poor lord.
