WARD NO. 6
Who is crazy in today’s society? The one who accepts all imposed norms, rules, and hierarchical divisions that need to be obeyed, the money race as a sense of life - or the one that turns to themselves, to knowing themselves, to building themselves and removing themselves from the senselessness of the social mundanity?
Who is imprisoned? The one behind bars or the one who fenced their life and never gets out? The one reading in their tiny room goes deep into philosophy, or the one who reached the world's edge and failed to open their eyes, having seen nothing?
Who is entitled to judge? Who mustn’t judge what is good or bad for another, what is right and what is not?
Are the judgment and verdict always our own?
No...
The play has been made following the "in your face theater" principle where the audience directly faces what happens on the scene- the reality of how pure souls are treated in society, and in a way, beyond the chamber, they are literally half a meter away from the actors. The audience can feel the actors' breathing, making the approach and method even more unique regarding the scene's development through acting.
