WEEKEND OF THE DEAD
For the people, the subject is as crystal clear as it is dark and blurry. All problems a family faces during the period of death of their member. The pain comes first, but what can we do to improve things? Probably nothing…
We can mourn and accept death, or we can negate it… or, in the end, we can do as all before us and as we were told to… this third option is probably the best way to deal with it. Or maybe, in the end, it would be wiser to give a home to the homeless living than house the dead who have one, i.e., had, i.e., do not exist anymore...
Live as well as you can, while you can, for in the end… "You will all die; some will now, some will later."… "No one lives forever." This is a play for the living who deal with death today… meaning that this is a play for the living...
The play is based on the very current drama work "Weekend of the Dead," which is very famous in the spaces where the play is staged - and to match the size of the work even more - this famous text is staged in the most current and most visited national theater in the country, as you would get an absolute hit that always requires a card more.
